Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Rankdays. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Rankdays.

The service

Rankdays checks where a domain ranks in Google's organic search results for the keywords you choose, and tracks those positions over time. It does one job, and deliberately does not offer backlinks, site audits, keyword research, or competitor tracking.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide an accurate email so we can reach you about your account and billing.

Trial and billing

There is no free tier. New accounts begin with a 7-day free trial that requires a payment method. Unless you cancel before it ends, the trial converts automatically to a paid plan — Starter ($19/month) or Pro ($49/month). Payments are processed by Polar as merchant of record; your receipt and billing-portal link come from Polar.

You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep access until then, and your data is retained so you can resume later. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods.

Acceptable use

Use Rankdays only for lawful purposes and don't try to abuse, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service or the public checker. Don't use it to infringe others' rights.

Rank data and availability

Rank results are gathered from Google via a third-party provider and reflect a point-in-time, automated query. Search results vary by location, personalization, and timing, so we provide the data "as is" and can't guarantee it exactly matches what any individual sees. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rankdays is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for business decisions made from the rank data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.

Termination

You can stop using Rankdays and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms or to comply with the law.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and, for material changes, notify you. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction (to be specified at launch).
